Danny oversees Bahnson, Inc.’s training operations and helps ensure our work processes are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for construction safety.

He is the administrator of our employee educational programs, including occupational safety and health, hearing conservation, and fire prevention and remediation. He is also responsible for exposure-related risk assessments and safety investigations to foster continual improvement.

Danny’s leadership and coaching skills positively engage our team to operate in an industry-leading manner consistent with our core values that include a commitment to safety and discipline.


Throughout his three decades in safety management, Danny has achieved an extensive breadth of experience. He has served as a Level 3 Building Inspector-Fire Prevention, Assistant Fire Chief, Critical-Care Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic, Regional Response Hazardous Materials Captain, and Emergency Management County Coordinator, among other roles.

Notably, Danny was also an Operations Chief for an incident management team that responded to Hurricane Katrina. 

Danny holds a comprehensive range of training certifications and qualifications in safety management and risk mitigation. He is an expert trainer in OSHA 500, OSHA 501, C-MESH, CHST, hazardous materials, and various Department of Transportation and Environmental Protection Agency occupational safety and health management requirements.

The Personal Side

Danny and his wife enjoy spending time with their dogs, working outdoors, biking and boating at the lake, and volunteering at their church.
